1. SPONSOR

The MoneyButton Daily Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored by MONEYBUTTON LLC, a California limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #36448, Sacramento, California 95825, US ("Sponsor").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES

By accessing the Promotion, creating an account, or submitting an entry, each participant ("Entrant") agrees to be legally bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, winner determination, interpretation of these Official Rules, and administration of the Promotion shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to comply with these Official Rules.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, OR WAGER OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

The Promotion is conducted as a free promotional sweepstakes.

Nothing is sold through the Promotion.

No fee is charged to create an account.

No entry fee is required.

No payment method is required to participate.

Entrants are never required to purchase goods or services to receive a prize.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

Unless otherwise announced by Sponsor, each Promotion consists of one daily Entry Period.

• Each Entry Period begins at:

12:00:00 a.m. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

• and ends at:

11:59:59 p.m. UTC

Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

Entries submitted outside the applicable Entry Period are not eligible for that Entry Period.

Each Entry Period is administered independently.

Eligibility, entries, rankings, prizes, and winners from one Entry Period do not carry over into future Entry Periods unless expressly stated by Sponsor.

5. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia
• have created only one MoneyButton account

comply with these Official Rules.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify age, residency, identity, and eligibility before awarding any prize.

Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who provides false information or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

6. DEFINITIONS

• For purposes of these Official Rules:

"Entry Period" means one daily Promotion beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. UTC and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC.

"Eligible Entry" means an entry that satisfies all requirements contained in these Official Rules.

"Winning Moment" means the unique moment assigned to an individual Entrant before the applicable Entry Period begins using the Promotion's cryptographic selection process.

"Distance" means the measurement used by Sponsor to determine how close an Entrant's recorded entry time is to that Entrant's assigned Winning Moment.

"Qualifying Threshold" means the maximum Distance an Eligible Entry may have in order to receive a prize.

"Server Time" means the official timestamp recorded by Sponsor's systems.

Whenever these Official Rules refer to "time," "entry time," or similar terms, Sponsor's Server Time shall control.

7. HOW TO ENTER

During each Entry Period, an eligible individual may submit one (1) entry through the MoneyButton website while signed into a valid account.

Only one account is permitted per natural person.

Only one Eligible Entry may be submitted during each Entry Period.

Entries submitted by scripts, bots, automated software, artificial means, or any method intended to circumvent the one-entry limitation are void.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected duplicate accounts, coordinated entries, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.

If Sponsor determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that multiple accounts are controlled by the same individual or were created for the purpose of increasing the likelihood of winning, Sponsor may disqualify some or all associated entries.

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Each Entrant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries submitted through compromised accounts where the compromise did not result from Sponsor's negligence.

Entrants are responsible for all activity occurring through their account.

9. WINNING MOMENT SYSTEM

Each eligible entry submitted during an Entry Period is assigned a unique predetermined Winning Moment.

Winning Moments are generated by Sponsor before the applicable Entry Period begins through a cryptographic process designed to ensure that each eligible Entrant receives an independently determined Winning Moment.

Each Entrant's Winning Moment is unique to that Entrant and remains fixed for the duration of the applicable Entry Period.

Winning Moments are not visible to Entrants during the Entry Period and cannot be changed after the cryptographic commitment described in Section 10 has been created.

No entrant is assigned a Winning Moment after submitting an entry.

The Promotion is not based upon guessing, wagering, purchasing, bidding, or competing against other Entrants. Rather, eligible entries are ranked according to the proximity of each Entrant's recorded entry time to that Entrant's assigned Winning Moment.

10. CRYPTOGRAPHIC COMMITMENT AND VERIFICATION

Before the beginning of each Entry Period, Sponsor generates a cryptographic commitment representing the data used to determine Winning Moments for that Entry Period.

Sponsor publishes the cryptographic commitment before entries are accepted.

Following the close of the applicable Entry Period, Sponsor publishes the corresponding verification information sufficient for Entrants to independently verify that Winning Moments were established before the Entry Period began and were not modified during the Entry Period.

The cryptographic verification process is intended to promote transparency and fairness by allowing Entrants to independently confirm that Sponsor did not alter Winning Moments after entries were submitted.

Sponsor reserves the right to improve or replace the verification mechanism with a functionally equivalent or more secure cryptographic process, provided such changes do not materially reduce an Entrant's ability to verify the integrity of the Promotion.

Nothing in these Official Rules requires Sponsor to disclose proprietary source code or internal security measures.

11. ENTRY TIMING

Only the time recorded by Sponsor's servers will determine the official submission time of an entry.

Network latency, browser delays, device clocks, internet outages, mobile carrier delays, or other factors outside Sponsor's control shall not affect the official recorded submission time.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for inaccurate device clocks or unsuccessful attempts to submit an entry resulting from technical failures.

12. QUALIFYING THRESHOLDS AND PARTICIPATION BONUS

To receive a prize, an Eligible Entry must satisfy the Qualifying Threshold applicable to the prize level for which the Entry qualifies. Qualifying Thresholds are established separately for each prize level and may vary depending on whether an Entrant qualifies for the Participation Bonus described below.

• For each Entry Period, the standard Qualifying Thresholds are:

Amended by Amendment 8. The prize structure below is the operative one. The signed amendment is reproduced in full at the end of these Rules.

Following the close of each Entry Period, all Eligible Entries are ranked in ascending order of Distance from their assigned Winning Moment. The Eligible Entry with the smallest Distance is ranked first. If two or more Eligible Entries have the same Distance, the earlier server-recorded submission timestamp shall receive the higher rank.

Sponsor shall then evaluate Eligible Entries one at a time in rank order. For each Eligible Entry, Sponsor shall award the highest-value prize that both remains available and has a Qualifying Threshold satisfied by that Eligible Entry.

Ranking determines only the order in which Eligible Entries are evaluated. An Entry may rank first and still receive no prize if its Distance exceeds the Qualifying Threshold of every remaining available prize.

Once awarded, a prize is no longer available for that Entry Period. Each listed prize may be awarded no more than once during an Entry Period, and each Eligible Entry may receive no more than one prize.

Prizes that are not awarded during an Entry Period are forfeited. They are not reassigned to another Eligible Entry, do not roll over to a future Entry Period, do not accumulate, and do not increase the prize pool for any subsequent Entry Period.

Participation Bonus

An Entrant who submits an Eligible Entry during each of the five weekday Entry Periods (Monday through Friday) within a given calendar week shall receive a Participation Bonus applicable only to that week's Sunday Entry Period.

For a qualifying Entrant, the Qualifying Thresholds for the Sunday Entry Period shall be multiplied by 1.6 as follows:

The Participation Bonus affects only the Qualifying Threshold applicable to the qualifying Entrant. It does not:

• Increase any prize amount
• Increase the total prize value available during an Entry Period
• Create a rollover prize pool
• Carry forward to future Entry Periods

Guarantee that a prize will be awarded.

Entrants who do not submit an Eligible Entry during all five weekday Entry Periods (Monday through Friday) of the applicable calendar week remain subject to the standard Qualifying Thresholds for the Sunday Entry Period.

Hint Feature

During each Entry Period, an Entrant may have the opportunity to reveal the six-hour block containing the Winning Moment by successfully completing a Sponsor-provided puzzle.

• The hint feature:
• Is provided free of charge
• Does not require purchase, payment, or consideration

Use of the hint feature may improve an Entrant's ability to identify or target the Winning Moment and may therefore affect an Entrant's likelihood of receiving a prize. The availability or use of the hint feature does not guarantee a winning Entry.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the hint feature at any time, subject to applicable law.

Odds Disclosure Reference

• The odds of receiving a prize depend on numerous factors, including, but not limited to:
• The number of Eligible Entries submitted during an Entry Period
• The timing and accuracy of submitted Entries
• Whether an Entrant qualifies for the Participation Bonus
• Whether an Entrant uses available optional features, including the hint feature

Whether an Entry satisfies the Qualifying Threshold applicable to the relevant prize level.

Because each prize level has its own Qualifying Threshold, some Entry Periods may award fewer than all available prizes or no prizes at all.

13. WINNER DETERMINATION

Following the close of each Entry Period, Sponsor ranks all Eligible Entries according to their Distance from each Entrant's assigned Winning Moment.

The smallest Distance ranks first.

If two or more Eligible Entries have identical Distances, priority shall be given to the entry having the earlier official server timestamp.

After applying the Qualifying Threshold, prizes shall be awarded in rank order until either:

(a) all available prizes have been awarded; or

(b) no additional qualifying entries remain.

Sponsor's calculation of Distance, ranking, tie-breaking, and winner determination shall be final absent manifest computational error.

14. PRIZES

• For each Entry Period, Sponsor intends to offer the following prizes:

• Maximum total advertised prize value per Entry Period:

$113.00, consisting of one $100.00 prize, one $10.00 prize, and three $1.00 prizes.

Prize amounts may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for future Entry Periods upon publication of updated Official Rules or other notice provided by Sponsor.

No substitution, transfer, assignment, or exchange of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

15. ODDS OF WINNING

• The odds of receiving a prize depend upon numerous factors, including:
• the total number of eligible entries received
• the timing of those entries relative to each Entrant's assigned Winning Moment

the number of entries satisfying the Qualifying Threshold.

Because the Promotion ranks entries based upon relative proximity to independently assigned Winning Moments rather than selecting winners according to a fixed probability, the odds of winning cannot be expressed as a predetermined mathematical probability.

Odds of receiving a prize may vary among Entrants because certain Entrants may qualify for modified Qualifying Thresholds through the Participation Bonus described in Section 12 and because optional features may affect an Entrant’s ability to identify the Winning Moment.

16. LIMITATION OF ONE ENTRY

Except as expressly authorized by Sponsor, each natural person may submit only one Eligible Entry during each Entry Period.

The use of multiple accounts, aliases, automated scripts, bots, virtual machines, device farms, account-sharing, coordinated entry services, or other methods intended to obtain more than one Eligible Entry may result in immediate disqualification.

Sponsor may investigate suspicious activity using technical measures including, but not limited to:

• account history
• device identifiers
• browser characteristics
• IP address information
• security logs
• behavioral analysis

any other reasonable fraud detection methods.

Sponsor is not required to disclose the specific methods used to detect abuse.

17. MODIFICATION OF PROMOTION PARAMETERS

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, for future Entry Periods only:
• prize values
• number of prizes
• qualifying thresholds
• eligibility requirements
• entry limits
• promotion schedules
• verification procedures

provided that any such changes are published before the affected Entry Period begins.

No modification shall affect the outcome of an Entry Period that has already commenced.

18. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be determined automatically following the close of each Entry Period.

Sponsor will notify potential winners through the MoneyButton website while the winner is signed into their account. Sponsor may, but is not required to, provide additional notifications through email or other communication channels associated with the winner's account.

Failure to receive a notification due to spam filtering, outdated contact information, inactivity, technical issues, or any circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control does not create any obligation for Sponsor to issue additional notices.

Sponsor reserves the right to require a winner to log into their account to view prize information and complete the prize claim process.

Notification that an Entrant is a "potential winner" does not constitute verification of eligibility or guarantee that a prize will be awarded.

19. CLAIMING A PRIZE

To claim a prize, a potential winner must complete the prize claim process designated by Sponsor.

• Sponsor may require the potential winner to:
• confirm eligibility
• verify age and residency
• provide a valid payment destination approved by Sponsor

provide any additional information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.

Failure to complete the claim process within the period specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.

If a prize is forfeited, Sponsor may elect to leave the prize unawarded or award it to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant, subject to applicable law.

20. ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner before awarding a prize.

• Verification may include confirmation of:
• identity
• age
• legal residency
• compliance with these Official Rules

ownership of the account used to submit the winning entry.

Sponsor may request documentation reasonably necessary to complete verification.

Failure to cooperate with verification requests within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or violations before releasing any prize.

21. PAYMENT OF PRIZES

Approved prizes will be paid using one or more payment methods designated by Sponsor.

At the time of publication, Sponsor anticipates supporting electronic payment services such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or other commercially available payment providers.

Sponsor may change supported payment methods at any time.

Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information.

• Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by:
• incorrect payment information
• unavailable payment accounts
• restrictions imposed by third-party payment providers
• banking delays

payment processor outages.

Prizes shall be deemed awarded when transmitted by Sponsor to the designated payment provider.

Sponsor reserves the right to require an alternative payment method if the originally selected method cannot legally or practically be used.

22. TAXES

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes arising from receipt of a prize.

Sponsor may request tax documentation before issuing certain prizes if required by applicable law.

Where legally required, Sponsor may report prize payments to taxing authorities and provide required tax forms to winners.

Nothing contained in these Official Rules constitutes tax advice.

Winners should consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax consequences of receiving a prize.

23. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's:

• first name
• city and state of residence
• likeness
• photograph
• voice
• statements regarding the Promotion
• prize information

for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes throughout the world, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

If applicable law limits or prohibits such publicity rights, this Section shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

24. PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants in connection with the Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

Sponsor collects only the information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, communicate with Entrants, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information may be disclosed to payment processors, legal advisors, governmental authorities, service providers, or other third parties where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or comply with applicable law.

Sponsor will implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Participation constitutes acknowledgment of these data practices.

25. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Each Entrant is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for entries submitted through unauthorized access to an Entrant's account unless such access resulted directly from Sponsor's failure to maintain commercially reasonable security measures.

Entrants agree to notify Sponsor promptly upon becoming aware of unauthorized access to their account.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend accounts while investigating suspected security incidents.

26. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Sponsor may publish the names, usernames, prize amounts, or other information relating to verified winners as permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor may maintain a winners list for regulatory compliance or promotional purposes.

Individuals requesting a winners list may be required to submit a written request in accordance with Sponsor's published procedures.

27. RECORDS AND AUDITABILITY

Sponsor maintains records relating to the administration of each Entry Period, including entry timestamps, ranking calculations, prize awards, and cryptographic verification data.

Sponsor may retain such records for the period reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or defend legal claims.

Nothing in these Official Rules requires Sponsor to disclose confidential business information, proprietary software, internal security measures, or trade secrets.

28. NO EMPLOYMENT OR PARTNERSHIP

Participation in the Promotion does not create any employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, joint venture, or other legal relationship between Sponsor and any Entrant beyond participation in the Promotion under these Official Rules.

29.Fraud & Abuse

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unfair, or manipulative activity in connection with the Promotion.

• Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Creating multiple accounts or identities for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage
• Circumventing eligibility requirements or participation limits
• Manipulating results, entries, rankings, rewards, or payment mechanisms
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or improperly obtained payment methods
• Engaging in collusion, exploitation, or coordinated abuse

Attempting to interfere with the integrity, fairness, or operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor may investigate suspected violations and may take any action it deems appropriate, including suspension, account termination, withholding rewards, disqualification, recovery of improperly obtained benefits, and referral to appropriate authorities.

30. Bots & Automated Participation

The use of bots, scripts, automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, scraping software, or other unauthorized technology intended to automate participation is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by Sponsor.

Participants must personally complete participation activities using approved methods.

Sponsor reserves the right to void entries, rewards, or participation records obtained through automated, robotic, or otherwise unauthorized means.

Any attempt to overload, disrupt, or artificially influence Promotion systems may result in immediate disqualification.

31. Reverse Engineering & Security

• Participants may not attempt to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the Promotion’s software, systems, algorithms, or technical infrastructure
• Discover source code, security vulnerabilities, or confidential technical information
• Circumvent security measures, authentication systems, or access controls

Interfere with servers, networks, databases, or related technology.

Any security concerns or vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to Sponsor through the designated contact method.

Unauthorized access attempts may result in termination of participation and may be subject to legal action.

32. Technical Failures

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, delays, errors, or malfunctions affecting participation in the Promotion.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
• Internet connectivity failures
• Website, application, or platform outages
• Hardware or software failures
• Telecommunications interruptions
• Incorrect transmission or processing of information

Lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete submissions.

Sponsor reserves the right to correct technical issues, extend deadlines, suspend participation, or modify procedures when necessary to preserve fairness and integrity.

33. Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Acts of government
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or emergencies
• Labor disputes
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Public health emergencies
• Cyberattacks or security incidents

Other events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If such circumstances materially affect the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, terminate, or reschedule the Promotion as permitted by law.

34. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion at any time if Sponsor determines that such action is necessary or appropriate.

• Reasons may include, without limitation:
• Fraud or abuse
• Security concerns
• Technical failures
• Regulatory requirements
• Insufficient participation

Unforeseen circumstances affecting fairness or operation.

Sponsor may modify these Rules by posting updated terms through the official Promotion channels.

35. Release & Indemnification

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, partners, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or demands arising out of or related to:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any reward or prize
• Technical failures or interruptions
• Participation-related activities

Third-party claims arising from participant conduct.

Participants agree to indemnify and defend Sponsor against claims arising from their violation of these Rules or applicable law.

36. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promotion and all related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
• Availability or uninterrupted operation
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability

Security or reliability of systems.

Sponsor does not guarantee that participation will result in receiving rewards or achieving any particular outcome.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Promotion.

Sponsor’s total liability related to the Promotion shall not exceed the value of the reward or benefit directly received by the participant, if any.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply.

38. Governing Law

• The Promotion and these Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of:

California, USA

without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

39. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and not through class actions, collective actions, representative proceedings, or consolidated claims.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

41. Entire Agreement

These Rules, together with any referenced terms, policies, and official Promotion materials, constitute the complete agreement between Sponsor and participants regarding the Promotion.

Any prior communications, representations, or understandings are superseded by these Rules.

42. Electronic Communications

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to receive electronic communications from Sponsor regarding:

• Promotion updates
• Account notices
• Eligibility information
• Reward notifications
• Rule changes

Administrative communications.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing.

43. Assignment

Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Rules without Sponsor’s written consent.

Sponsor may assign its rights and obligations under these Rules to an affiliate, successor entity, purchaser, or related party.

AMENDMENT 8 — Prize Structure (supersedes Section 12 and Amendment 7 § A)

Each Entry Period offers the following prizes, in the order listed:

Following the close of each Entry Period, all Eligible Entries are ranked in ascending order of Distance from their assigned Winning Moment. The Eligible Entry with the smallest Distance is ranked first. Each subsequent Eligible Entry is ranked in order of increasing Distance. If two or more Eligible Entries have the same Distance, the earlier server-recorded submission timestamp shall receive the higher rank.

Sponsor shall then evaluate Eligible Entries one at a time in rank order. For each Eligible Entry, Sponsor shall award the highest-value prize that both:

• remains available; and
• has a Qualifying Threshold satisfied by that Eligible Entry.

Once awarded, a prize is no longer available for that Entry Period. Each listed prize may be awarded no more than once during an Entry Period, and each Eligible Entry may receive no more than one prize.

An Eligible Entry that does not satisfy the Qualifying Threshold for any remaining available prize shall receive no prize.

Prizes that are not awarded during an Entry Period are forfeited. They are not reassigned to another Eligible Entry, do not roll over to a future Entry Period, do not accumulate, and do not increase the prize pool for any subsequent Entry Period.

The maximum total advertised prize value available during any Entry Period is $113.00, consisting of one $100.00 prize, one $10.00 prize, and three $1.00 prizes.
